Why This Matters

Running for Those Who Can't

Every year, cancer takes too much from too many. The charities fighting it, funding research, supporting survivors, caring for families, rely on people willing to go the extra mile. Literally.

On 11 April 2026, Cass will line up alongside 1,800 women at She Ultra in Pwllheli, North Wales, for 50 kilometres along the stunning Llyn Peninsula coastline. As a two-time cancer survivor, she knows what these charities mean and she's running to give back.

Every donation funds the fight against cancer. Every share spreads the word.

She Ultra 2026

The world's largest all-female ultra marathon where hope, strength, and community unite. No cut-offs, only smiles. Founded by Huw Williams, a terminally ill cancer patient who turned his diagnosis into a mission to raise £1 million for women's cancer charities.
